About
A long-time lover of a good story, Rachel’s journey with creativity has taken her from music, to history, to art and then back again. Recently, she’s been especially curious about the stories of underrepresented voices: how cultural moments are a drop in the ocean of our wide landscape of being, and how sentimentality is always a lens for what truly matters to us.
Rachel’s work has taken her into interview rooms with artists, actors, directors, and those working behind the scenes. She’s penned both cultural and academic pieces across print and digital, as well as personal essays that trace feeling as an archive.
Rachel holds an MA in Gender and Law, as well as a BA in English/History, and is now looking to undertake her PhD in gender/culture.
Based in London, open to commissions.
